Después de tantos años en el #BeeTeam, rodeada de Cervezas Artesanales, música y conversación, ha llegado a conocer y compartir la pasión que tienen todos nuestros #BeeFriends. Estas fueron sus respuestas ante nuestras preguntas para conocerla mejor:
¿Con qué personaje o cerveza de Bee Beer te identificas más?
Lady Açaí, sin duda alguna.
¿Porque ese personaje?
No me parezco físicamente la personaje, aunque quizás tendríamos una forma de vestir similar, es una cerveza que tanto el estilo como la personalidad van conmigo. Su sabor ligeramente dulce y tostado la hacen mi elección perfecta para beebeer. Además, siento que la playlist de Spotify está hecha para mí.
¿Qué has aprendido en Bee Beer?
¿Qué no he aprendido? Desde ética de trabajo hasta relaciones interpersonales. He aprendido cómo un trabajo cuando de verdad es cercano para aquellos que lo realizan puede llegar muchísimo más lejos, y requerir más de ti de lo que esperarte querer dar. Al final estamos dando un 110% por lograr un objetivo común. Definitivamente ha sido una experiencia realmente enriquecedora y desafiante.
¿A qué te has atrevido en o con Bee Beer que nunca habías hecho antes?
A muchas cosas, entre ellas creo que superar la barrera de hablar con extraños y entender tu posición dentro de la visita de los clientes en el bar y en la comunidad BeeBeer ha sido muy interesante. Un balance entre socializar, ser respetuoso y anticipar acciones para la mejor experiencia BeeBeer.
¿Como ves a Bee Beer en 5 años?
Lo veo como un referente entre la comunidad de cerveceros artesanales españoles, en ferias y conferencias internacionales hablando sobre el valor de la marca y la propuesta diferente que llevamos desde 2016. ¿Quién sabe cuántas sedes y cervezas tendremos para entonces?
¿Cómo te ves tú en Bee Beer en 5 años?
Espero seguir siendo una aliada en la mejor forma posible, donde pueda seguir los grandes pasos de BeeBeer de cerca y celebrar sus logros, colaborando con todo el conocimiento y experiencia que pueda tener y sea relevante para ese entonces.

Meet the #BeeTeam: Andrea Ces!
The next member of our #BeeBeer team that we’re introducing has been with us since day one, working behind the bar and behind the screen, Andrea Ces! After so many years at #BeeTeam, surrounded by Craft Beers, music, and conversation, she has come to know and share the passion that all of our #BeeFriends have. These were her answers to our questions to get to know her better:
Which Bee Beer character or beer do you identify with the most?
Lady Açaí, without a doubt.
Why that character?
I do not physically resemble the character, although perhaps we would have a similar way of dressing, it is a beer that both the style and the personality go with me. Its slightly sweet and toasty flavor makes it my perfect drinking choice. Also, I feel like the Spotify playlist was made for me.
What have you learned at Bee Beer?
What have I not learned? From work ethic to interpersonal relationships. I have learned how a job when it is close to those who do it can go much further, and require more of you than you expect to want to give. In the end, we are giving 110% to achieve a common goal. It has been a truly enriching and challenging experience.
What have you dared in or with Bee Beer that you’ve never done before?
Too many things, among them I think that overcoming the barrier of talking to strangers and understanding your position within the visit of customers in the bar and the BeeBeer community has been very interesting. A balance between socializing, being respectful, and anticipating actions for the best BeeBeer experience.
How do you see Bee Beer in 5 years?
I see it as a benchmark among the Spanish craft brewers community, at international fairs and conferences talking about the brand value and the different proposals that we’ve been running since 2016. Who knows how many locations and beers we will have by then?
How do you see yourself at Bee Beer in 5 years?
I hope to continue being an ally in the best possible way, where I can follow the great steps of BeeBeer closely and celebrate their achievements, collaborating with all the knowledge and experience that I may have and is relevant for that time.
